Time to get a Training Plan?
I guess if I want to run a 5K or better I guess I should follow a training plan. I am somewhat of a free spirit who has enought structure in my daily life. I picked up running to relieve the daily stresses. I have been reading some great Sweat365 blogs and the accomplishment and goals of these folks. It is encouraging. OK time for me to step up and start that plan. Thanks for reading. I’m still new at this blogging posting thingy.
