Run - Outdoors - Illin’ and not chillin’

Temp about 70 with moderate humidity. Local route - flat no hills. Felt a little ill about 2 miles in (and about 2 miles from home). Upset tummy. Boo. Affected my pace so I cut the run short and headed back home for fluids. Came home and no f-in’ power again. Aside from that a pretty good run. Stretched the heel after the run and all is good.

Avg Speed: 5.6 Max 16.3 Shoes: New Balance 859 with Orange Superfeet inserts.
