Run - Outdoors - Hill Route plus a lil’ Extra

Temp 80’s - Humid. Took the new hill route and added one more small hill. Wore the full 4 bottle amphipod belt and used ‘em all by the end of the run. Good run. Only stopped for traffic lights.

Avg Speed: 5.8 Max Speed 804. Shoes New Balance 859 with Orange Superfeet inserts.

Seated Leg Curl 70×12, 100×12, 115×12. Hammy’s nice and loose.
Seated Leg Press for Calf Raises 170×12, 190×12, 230×12. Decent finish
