Extreme HR workout program. Target HR 145. Hit target about 8 minutes in. From minute 14 on I kept the cadence between 120 and 151 (avg 128). In that time period spent 1 minute intervals between 125/130 and 130/137. Last 3 minutes were between 135/151. Legs feel pretty strong.
