After several hours of sweating doing yard work (Temp about 85 degrees with dew point around 71) I decided to go for an inline skate to do some additional sweating before the Red Sox /Yankees ballgame at 4:00.
To make this skate more interesting, I strapped on 5lb ankle weights on each foot, wore a backpack with a 25lb plate and carried 5lb dbs in each hand.
I make it about 1.5 miles in about 13 minutes with I hit the wall. So I skated back home and dropped off the backpack and dbs and skated off with just the ankle weights. Managed to do almost 3 more miles. Wicked tiring!
